How much does it cost?

Monthly bookkeeping is $150 a month plus $300 one-time onboarding. Business and owner tax returns run $800 to $2,000 a year depending on complexity, quoted before we start. The Everything plan (books, returns, and payroll for up to 10 employees) is $2,500 to $3,000 a year, billed monthly. No hourly billing.

Do you work with businesses outside Philadelphia?

Yes. We’re based in Philadelphia and work with small businesses anywhere in the US. You share statements through a secure portal, we close the books on our own system, and the monthly review is a phone or video call. In Philadelphia we can also meet in person.

Are you CPAs?

No. We’re a full-service tax, bookkeeping and payroll firm, not a CPA firm. We prepare and file business and personal returns, keep your books and run payroll. We don’t do audits or audited financial statements. If you need those, we’ll tell you on the first call.

Do you do payroll?

Yes, for teams up to 10 employees. We run the payroll checks, deposit the payroll taxes and file the quarterly returns. We also collect W-9s and file 1099s for the contractors you pay. It’s included in the Everything plan or priced by headcount on its own.

Can you set up my LLC or S corp?

Yes. We form the LLC, corporation or S corp and register it for employer, sales, tobacco and alcohol taxes as needed. Call or email us for pricing.

Do I need QuickBooks?

No. We do the books on our own system. Keep your subscription or cancel it.
